1. Communications to the Insurer on the part of the Policyholder, the Insured or Beneficiary shall be sent to the business address as stated in the Policy.

2. Communications to the Policyholder, the Insured or Beneficiary on the part of the Insurer shall be sent to the address as stated in the Policy, unless the Insurer has been notified of a change of address.

3. Payment of the amount of the premium made by the Policyholder to the insurance agent shall not be considered as made to the Insurer, unless the agent issues the Policyholder the Insurer's premium receipt in return.
